Yamada 2” Kynar^® Non-Metallic center body series AODD pumps deliver a maximum flow rate of 166.4 GPM and are available in EPDM, Hytrel^®, Santoprene^®, Viton^® and PTFE diaphragm materials.

During some extreme conditions, the air valve of an air operated diaphragm pump can experience spool centering, causing equalization of pressure behind each diaphragm. To solve this, Yamada engineered an SVT retrofit kit designed to pneumatically activate the air valve to instantly start the pump operation, therefore ensuring continued productivity.

The air operated diaphragm pump can be found in almost every location where liquids are pumped. Conversely, “dry” processes have no need for diaphragms pumps. Well, Yamada America has turned that logic on its head! Recently, Yamada was tasked with a challenge of moving waste overflow from an industrial dust collector. The Yamada Powder Pump was up to the challenge and was the ideal solution to keep our customer’s process up and running.

All pumps require energy to operate. In the case of Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps, that energy is in the form of compressed air. There are two components to this compressed air requirements.

Lightweight, rugged and reliable, our KPL-24 offers maximum portability and dependability in heavy construction machinery and wind turbine applications. The KPL-24 fits onto a standard 5 gallon grease pail and provides a discharge pressure of 4061 psi max. It can be used stand-alone or as a centralized lubrication system.
