Yamada Corporation was founded by Jujiro Yamada in 1905 as a small local valve manufacturer. Since then, Yamada has grown up to become a listed company that has international subsidiary companies in four countries and 346 employees on a consolidated basis! Now Yamada Corporation is managed by the third generation Mr. Shotaro Yamada. This article will explain his vision and goal of Yamada Corporation.
